By creating an account or using Listen Everywhere, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Listen Everywhere is an audiobook platform: you can listen to audiobooks, and — where you hold the rights to do so — upload audiobook content for others to listen to. A free tier is available; Premium removes ads and unlocks unlimited offline downloads, described in §3.
All Listen Everywhere subscription purchases on iOS are billed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase (IAP) system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Prices shown are the USD base price as configured in App Store Connect; your local storefront price may differ and is shown to you by Apple/Google at the point of purchase. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and again at the start of each new period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Neither plan currently includes a free trial.
Manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device's store account settings — on iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions. Vectech Limited cannot cancel or refund an App Store or Play Store purchase on your behalf; refund requests go through Apple or Google under their own policies.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create an account.
If you upload audiobook content, you confirm you own it or have the rights to distribute it, and you grant Vectech Limited a licence to host and stream it to other users through the app. You are solely responsible for content you upload; we may remove content that infringes rights or violates these Terms.
Do not use Listen Everywhere to upload infringing, unlawful, or abusive content, to circumvent the app's security or payment mechanisms, or to interfere with the service for other users.
The Listen Everywhere app, its branding, and its software are owned by Vectech Limited. Audiobook content remains the property of its respective rights holders.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time; this does not by itself cancel an active store subscription — cancel that separately as described in §3.
Listen Everywhere is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Vectech Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
